Waltham Open Studios happens every fall during the first full weekend in November.

Publicity and promotion for the event
Printed marketing materials: signs, posters, post cards
Eligible Art: All artists agree that the art shown is original and/or designed by the artist.
Reproductions should be clearly labeled.
Each participant on Nov. 5-6, must register for Open Studios and pay the registration fee. If more than one artist is showing work in the same studio, each artist must register individually. If you invite an artist to share your space, that artist must also register and pay the fee.
Artists may cancel their registration and obtain a full refund up to August 31. After that date there will be a $50 administrative fee for all cancellations. There will be no refunds after October 1.
All Open Studios participants are expected to volunteer for the event. Volunteer opportunities are outlined in the registration form. Your Floor rep will be in contact with information for completing the tasks you agreed to provide.
