Melissa Kulig received her BFA from Emmanuel College in 1989 and her MFA from the Art Institute of Boston under Lesley University in 2009. She has exhibited her drawings for decades throughout New England and New York City. She is a retired art teacher and has taught art to children as young as four years old, and retirees in their eighties. Melissa worked in after school art programs around Boston, has been an adjunct drawing professor at the Boston Architectural College, and has taught at Brookline Adult Education, The Eliot School in Jamaica Plain, the New Art Center in Newton, and Newton Community Education. She has lived and was a member of the Waltham Mills Artist Association for 14 years. Melissa now lives and works in a small loft at The Waltham Watch Factory. She currently exhibits as a guest artist at Three Stones Gallery in Concord.
