The material world we can see—from the microscopic and the landscape of the planet earth, to images of the cosmos—is but a fragment of an infinite multiverse. Much exists outside the capacity of human visual perception. Stepping beyond a shared reality, painting can offer a “map-vision” of other places and phenomena.
